    To show users that firefox is available in their language we were creating a moz event at SATI in vadisha from 10:30a.m to 5:30 pm that helps fans of firefox invite the people in their network to download firefox..
   We are creating unique,shareable pieces of content that are humorous,insightful and topical to get the conversation and activities started...
         Now the sestion was started with the welcom"TILAK" for us by volunteers of SATI that was totally ownerable for we mozillians.
       First session was taken by our Reps MR. RAHUL TALREJA about..introduction of mozilla & firefox..

And then again KUSHAGRA VARADE had taken the session for APP DEVELOPMENT & FIREFOX O.S..he had elaborated most about which was new for SATI's students..

And then we entire teem took aour next step to share the knowledge abou how to make a app?..through HTML,CSS and the then crowd start making their own app shows their intrest in it..that was looking great and drastic...

      We all team member did our session work very well & lotts of students get swags for their talent and intrest in mozilla works that was saw there..a Moz Tshirt got by SHUBHAM DANTARE for his work on mozilla that he desrve it..

 

A RANGOLI of firefox made by a girl of SATI that gives the devotion for our entire team...looks awesome no words for that!!!!

The management of SATI for us was ownerable and we loved their respects towards the mozillians.

And at last we had done our photo session with crowd of SATI thats shows a huge achievent towards mozilla...

Events have always been importance for MOZILLA. They help to celebrate sucess,such as launch,garner awareness for Mozilla and firefox,built community and draw in new members and more..!!!!

    On sunday 20th september 2015 a meetup of mozillians group of different clubs of bhopal was held in GRILS AND MORE(indrapuri).That was taken by as a speaker through Mr. RAHUL TALREJA and MR. VAIBHAV BAJAJ on topic brief about....

 That was so intresting and helpfull for new FSAs.In time of localisation learning we learned how to change the windows 10 into firefox default then we started our next step.

  I(rashmi srivastava) had chance to ask ques or gain knowledge about Mozilla face to face by both of them two experts(VAIBHAV BAJAJ AND RAHUL TALREJA) who came to speak at the event and i asked "WHAT THEY THOUGHT ABOUT THE VERY LOW NUMBER OF FEMALE DEVELOPERS IN INDIA OR IN THE WORLD"...The first answer which was said by Mr. VAIBHAV BAJAJ is that..

"In my view most of the females are creative they love to do creating and they like to talk or i should say girls love to talk and the developer don't need to talk"
  And the second answer whichwas said by Mr. RAHUL TALREJA is that...
 "Most of the girls are not bestowed with technical skills and critical thinking power,only few special ones have got that..they is a majority that is powerfull in convencing people,so they prefer front desk jobs like analyst and all.."
  And after that for sometime every mozillians who attened this meeting got a chance to tell about how he/she connect with Mozilla and what are their experience and opinion about it...the answers were totally positive and intresting..

 And one thing more....
 MY JNCT CLUB got a gift hamper for his best work within a month by MOZILLA ...that was great achievement for our jnct club memebers..with team leader too...

Since early september,I have been delivering promoted a event,gettogether provided by my team of womoz including in the topic "FSA,WEBMAKER,APP DESIGNING,HTML,CSS and many more..
    I am doing leadership in their categories and I choose them for their ability to add value in MOZILLA.While we consider these to be a commercial gettogether and Today again at 17 sep 2015,BHOPAL we do gettogther of my womoz team and some new womoz also at 9.00 pm to 11.00pm for our contribution of more womoz ..
    As i wrote before...that..WE ARE HERE TO IMPROVE OUR COUNTRY BY WOMEN'S POWER WITH THE HELP OF MOZILLA....because it gives us a great platform for women..
          Today we discuss about the topic "How to login in mozilla to be a FSA?.., about SUMO,HTML,CSS..that i learned before by gettogether of JNCT TEAM OF FSA ..which is leading by PUSHKAR PANDEY then i spread here..in my team of womoz..me and my team create our next step today..
     " That is an amazing feeling to be a part of something bigger than yourself and grow and nurture not only oneself,but others as well .."
      Thanks a lott to MOZILLA for giving me this chance to improve myself and my team of womoz. My team of womoz also supports me by their activeness and understanding power.
  MOZILLA is one of the best platform for being a great women and her power in whole over the world...

A half an hour exposition on the MOZILLA & WOMOZ took place at BHOPAL at 14 sep. That  was mensioned by me in my before blog. I saw a result of number of womoz are engaged in this ...and shows their intrest in it..My Motivation about awareness of womens through womoz get sucessfull here..
      Today approx 25 womoz were comes to me and ask me for out next step towards this..which is realted to 1st WOMOZ CONTRIBUTION,WEBMAKER,CODINGS too..with lots of excitement and intrest among these..this shows the huge unity of womoz that was created on that event..and intrest for learning more and more about it.😊...that feeling was owesome for me..
    My goal to spread the WOMOZ NEWS through this event is sucessfull..i m veey glad to see the motivational power among them is very high.This appriciate me to move forward for more and more contribution of womoz.
          Thanks to RAHUL SIR,SHAGUFTA MAM,CHANDAN SIR for their good compliments about this event and for me also..
      And a special thanks to MR. RAHUL TALREJA for giving me a owesome gift for that womoz event.
   Now my team of womoz is ready for expressed more about MOZILLA and cobtributing lots of WOMOZ for forming a huge and great team...

My journey with MOZILLA is new.But in this brief,i feel like i have learnt so much that it can fill an entire liberary.so here i am sharing a event.It Was the great opportunity to be a speaker between these womoz in BHOPAL on 14th september 2015 at 10.30 p.m to 12.00a.m
  "Behind every succesfull man there is a woman"but in my case it turned out to be quite the opposite and the person i own my sucess is to 1st Mr.RAHUL TALREJA and the 2nd one is PUSHKAR PANDEY he is my batchmate who motivate me to be a part of mozilla..
    In today's event,we started our conversation with this question "ARE WOMEN GOOD MANAGER OR NOT"? The healthy discussion on womoz as we like to call us WOMEN IN MOZILLA.Everyone teamed up and started putting their views and opinions.It was really refreshing to see such an great and opinionated team..
   After sometime i had taken the lead.I started the session with a very simple question" WHY DON'T WOMEN SHOWS HER INTEREST IN OPEN SOURCE"??...WHY DON'T THEY COME FORWARD "?..i received the answer that is mostly about coding and hesitation. I addresed them more and tried to break the mental blocks that women had and after that we discussed more about what is FSA n what is the role of FSA ..and many more which is totally related to MOZILLA..
That was a great moment for me...and I dare to aware a country where a girl will prepare to be technical or webmaker rather than a house hold worker...

Get going...Move forward....Aim high..
Plane takeoff.
Don't just sit on the runway and hope someone will come along and pysh the airplane.
It simply won't happen.....
Change your ATTITUDE and gain some ALTITUDE...
